The Rezha Macedonian pepper is a unique heirloom pepper grown in Macedonia for more than 100 years. The pepper ripens from green to a dark red, with raised tan lines running all over the skin called ‘corking’. It is approximately 4-7” long. 1,000 to 8,000 SHU.
